Terms of Use
Last updated July 20, 2026
Welcome to Well Dealt. By using this site you agree to these terms — they are short, so please read them.
What Well Dealt is
Well Dealt is an independent comparison site. We gather publicly available credit card offers and do the math on the numbers you enter, so you can see what each card is worth to you in dollars per year. That is the whole product.
What Well Dealt is not
- We are not a bank, card issuer, lender, or broker, and we do not take, forward, or influence credit applications.
- We do not provide financial, legal, tax, or credit advice, and we do not offer credit repair or credit counseling of any kind.
- We make no promises about whether any issuer will approve you — approval decisions belong entirely to the issuer.
Our numbers are estimates
Every dollars-per-year figure on this site is an estimate computed from the numbers you enter and the card terms we last verified. Issuers change rates, fees, rewards, and offers without notice, and the issuer's own terms always control. Confirm the current offer on the issuer's site before applying.
How we make money
Some issuers pay us a commission when you apply through our links. Our rankings are not for sale — see the Advertiser Disclosure for the full picture.
Your use of the site
You may use Well Dealt for personal, non-commercial purposes. Do not scrape, republish, or misrepresent our content, and do not use the site in any unlawful way. Card names and logos belong to their issuers; we reference them only to identify the products we compare. Everything else on the site — the math, the words, the design — is ours.
No warranty, limited liability
The site is provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for any decision you make based on the site, or for any indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
The legal basics
These terms are governed by New York law. If we update them, the date above changes; continued use means you accept the update. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest stands.
